The women in my family take 45 minutes to say goodbye. We’re always thinking of one more thing, remembering one more update, or wanting one more hug. If there’s anything we do better than talking, its cooking. Every family get-together brings forth a potluck of homemade foods, and we pass recipes around like the latest gossip.
